Refund Policy

1. Overview

We aim for 100% satisfaction. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

2. Cancellations by You

  • >24 hours before pickup: Full refund.

  • <24 hours before pickup: 50% service fee applies; remainder refunded.

3. No-Shows & Unreachable

If we cannot complete pickup due to your unavailability, we’ll refund any amount paid minus a $10 trip fee.

4. Service Quality Issues

If you believe your laundry was not cleaned or handled properly:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide details and photos (if applicable).

  3. We will re-service the affected items at no charge; if unsatisfied, you may receive a partial or full refund of the service fee for those items.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will investigate and, if at fault, reimburse up to $50 per item (or actual replacement cost if lower).

6. How to Request a Refund

Email godpromlaundry@gmal.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for refund

  • Supporting photos (if relevant)

7. Processing

Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation when complete.
