Refund Policy
1. Overview
We aim for 100% satisfaction. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
2. Cancellations by You

>24 hours before pickup: Full refund.

<24 hours before pickup: 50% service fee applies; remainder refunded.
3. No-Shows & Unreachable
If we cannot complete pickup due to your unavailability, we’ll refund any amount paid minus a $10 trip fee.
4. Service Quality Issues
If you believe your laundry was not cleaned or handled properly:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide details and photos (if applicable).

We will re-service the affected items at no charge; if unsatisfied, you may receive a partial or full refund of the service fee for those items.
5. Lost or Damaged Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and, if at fault, reimburse up to $50 per item (or actual replacement cost if lower).
